While PSV Nevada Mining Corp. holds commercial extraction rights and verified reserves across the Vander and Lincoln 1 mine sites in Nevada (alongside the BKW global pipeline), mineral extraction is subject to geological parameters, equipment scaling, weather, and permitting timelines.

3. Blockchain & Smart Contract Risks

Digital assets exist on decentralized networks. Smart contracts, while audited by CertiK with 0 critical findings, carry inherent risks including network forks, validator congestion, gas fee surges, and cryptographic vulnerabilities.

4. Custody & Vault Security

Physical gold bullion is held in insured, regulated third-party vaults. While insured against theft and casualty, force majeure events, civil unrest, or sovereign asset nationalization represent structural risks.
