We collect public blockchain wallet addresses when interacting with the Investor Dashboard, and contact email addresses when users opt into quarterly assay audit notifications. We do not track IP addresses or store unencrypted personal identification data.

3. How We Use Collected Information

Data collected is used exclusively for executing cryptographic transactions, delivering requested audit notifications, and satisfying mandatory DASP regulatory compliance obligations.

4. Security & Cryptographic Storage

All communication is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Server infrastructure is ISO 27001 certified, with hardware security modules (HSMs) protecting all administrative endpoints.
